If your tracking number is different your order may have been sent via special delivery or if you have not received a tracking number yet your order may still be being processed. Either way feel free to contact us at info@mochimart.co.uk or via our Contact Us page and we will be happy to update you on your order as soon as possible.

 

Please note delivery times are around 5 working days from dispatch with order processing times being around 1 - 3 working days. However, due to the ongoing postal disruption please allow up to 5 - 10 working days for delivery and up to 1 - 5 working days for processing.

 

Postal disruptions & delays

For those experiencing delays we ask that you please be patient, postal disruptions are continuing to have a major impact on deliveries and shipping times. Every country and postal service is being affected differently so it is difficult to say if an order will be delayed or by how long. Please rest assured your order will be with you as soon as possible and we are always here to update you on your order. Also, as per our satisfaction guarantee you will receive your order or a full refund so if you think your order may be delayed or lost please do not worry, just get in touch and we will be happy to help.
